Research REACTIVE DESIGN, RESPONSIVE DESIGN, PROGRESSIVE ENHANCEMENT and MOBILE FIRST - what do they mean? Are there other names/phrases/sub-Topics for this? What created the demand for Reactive Design? Who is developing in it? What tools are they using to create/test/develop Reactive Design? Include Links to where you found your research.
