Adobe Edge Animate:
The preview for Adobe Edge web animations product is pretty amazing from what I can tell. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve but the advantages that it provides for incorporating animation into an HTML document using HTML 5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a huge time saver. The fact that the code it provides is compliant with code standards for tablets and smart phones is another advantage to using Edge.
When I first started to use Edge it was a little difficult to understand how to use the key-frames and setting altered key-frames for different time slots. Using the tutorials provided in the Edge product helped tremendously and I also found some tutorials on YouTube that were very helpful as well.
Because I have limited experience with this product I am going to include a review written by Scott Gilbertson that I found on webmonkey.com:

To accompany the review here is a video from Adobe TV. Mark Anders shoes how easy it is to use Adobe Edge:

Finally, here are some informational videos and examples of edge projects:

This last tutorial on Adobe Edge is really Great. It really shows how easy it is to incorperate Edge into HTML5 projects.

These two overviews of Adobe Edge are interesting and give good examples of what can be done with this product. I think the important thing to note about Edge is that it’s still in the experimental stage. The purpose of the beta preview is to get feedback so the final product release is as perfect as it can be. With that in mind I think the Edge experience is going to be instrumental to the growth of the web and how dynamic and interactive it becomes.
Page Breeze Visual Html Editor:
Page Breeze is a free WYSIWYG html editor. Like many other code editors Breeze allows you to visual create an Html page without writing the code. The code is written behind the scenes. You can switch from visual to the source code and edit the code that way as well. Included with the download of Breeze are hundreds of website templates and a form builder that allows you to make web forms without knowing the script languages that are required to produce them. This product is powered by Internet Explorer so the creators say that what you see is what you get.
Microsoft Expressions is another editor that allows you to go from visual to code mode.
