We will be using the Microsoft Web Site https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-training-and-tutorials-b8f02f81-ec85-4493-a39b-4c48e6bc4bfb and

GCF (Goodwill Community Foundation) Learn Free OFFICE http://www.gcflearnfree.org/topics/office/

We will be using both

    • Microsoft Word, Excel , Access & Powerpoint - which are FREE to CCV students

    • Google Docs: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, Forms, Drive, Calendar, eMail, Groups, Advanced Searching, etc. FREE to anyone with a gMail account

Each CCV student has access to two versions of Word, Excell, PowerPoint and the Cloud that we will be using for this class:

1. Office 365 - Login to the CCV Portal > In the right column open your Mail > In the BLACK bar you see Office 365 and Outlook, Click OFFICE 365 - 365.

2. Office for the Web

Others may have versions of Word, Access & PowerPoint from other computers they have access to. These could be versions from 2016 all the way back to 2003.

4. Anyone who creates a Google eMail account has free access to Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations but those products can save in Microsoft Office formats.

5. And still others may have another version of WordProcessing, Spreadsheets & Presentations.

does not have a year date like 2013 or 2016 it is always kept current and has almost everything 2013 & 2016 has but is accessible from the web. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/What-is-Office-365-847caf12-2589-452c-8aca-1c009797678b?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
