300 Ways to Ask the 4 Questions

On my Facebook page I present the Mah Nishtana/ 4 questions of the Haggadah in 20 different languages. Although 20 might sound pretty cool, Murray Spiegel and Rickey Stein have collected no less than 300 different ways/ languages to ask the four languages. They have created a collection of all imaginable languages; Chinese, Mongolian, Zulu, Ladino, Dutch, etc. But also some weird languages like Hebrew pig Latin, Shakespearean, ancient Egyptian and really out-of-this-world languages like Tolkien Elvish and Klingon!

Spiegel tells about this in a podcast by the Yiddish Book center. More about their collection and the book with CD and DVD called "300 Ways to Ask the Four Questions" can be found on their website.

In addition, Spiegel and Stein have loads of incredibly creative ideas on how to hold a different seder night. Definitely worth checking our their second website about this.
