If you are hunting in a party then only 1 player will get the rep. If you kill a few gungles each rep point is distributed randomly.

Maverick Gungles are available at Foothills and Warriors Camp or Hells Pass and Chion Settlement

Maverick's and DO's are at Southern Outpost and Northern Outpost.

For reputation higher than 1000 you will need to hunt at Fortress of Captivity.
