Learn more about instance in the WOD Library

Each Instance has a time limit as well as other requirements. Also there is cooldown before you can go in again. You can keep track of the time as well as info on instances in your backpack in the Instance section. Some Instances also contain detailed maps that keeps track of your position. To access the maps just go to the Maps circle located at the top of the game screen and then click on the Instance Maps. The current instance map will load automatically.

Groups:

If loot distribution is set to "Random" then the Items dropped by a boss or any mobs will randomly go to one person or several people depending on how many items were dropped. If a single item is dropped then only one person will get it.

If loot distribution is set to "Leader Distributes" you can then roll for it. Items drop into the group backpack where they will stay for a max of 3 hours if not distributed and will be lost after that time. Items in group backpack can be distributed by the leader to members of the group in the same location with sufficient backpack space. Disbanding the group with items in group backpack will drop them to the leaders backpack automatically.
