Illuminating and Dimming Artful Armor

With the help of the Shadow in Tomb of Kings or the Fairy in Lumirya Waterfalls you are able to illuminate or dim a piece of armor.

If you illuminate a piece of armor it will become an artful valor piece with slightly higher stats.

If you dim a piece of armor it will become non valor piece with slightly lower stats but still higher stats than the comparable blue piece of armor.
