Clans

Clans can be formed within the game. These can be made from friends, or people with a common goal, like hunting monsters or hunting valor.

You must be at least a level 2 to join a clan, and u need to be at least a Level 3 to create your clan. A guide to Creating a Clan is found in WOD Game Guides.

Creating a Clan

Take one piece of Bewitched Parchment to the City Elder and accept quest 'Registration of a Clan'. He will take the Bewitched Parchment and give you one Unsigned Registration Form, which you can sign by 'using' it (find it in your Backpack Effects and click the icon which appears in the item image's top-right corner). Signed Registration Form

Get nine players to agree to sign Registration Forms. They cannot be members of a clan, and they cannot have signed a registration for within the last month. Trade them one piece of Bewitched Parchment each (or they could buy their own).

These nine players must each take their piece of Bewitched Parchment to the Elder in the City Square, and accept the quest 'Registration of a Clan'. Then they give the Bewitched Parchment to the Elder and receive one Unsigned Registration Form.

These people need to sign their Registration Forms by using them (go to your backpack/effects/click on top right corner of the form) and trade the resulting Signed Registration Forms to you, the Clan Leader, the person creating the clan.

You will then have 10 Signed Registration Forms. Go to the Clan Registrar Office and submit the application. It costs 1g to register the clan. You will also need to send a clan image 13px by 13px in gif format. It should usually take a couple of days.

Application will take a few business days.

NOTE: Bewitched Parchment is available from Wizard's Cottage @ Ridge of Kayar and Seers Shop @ Village of Maettro.

Joining a Clan

To join a clan you must be at least level 2 and you need to find a clan leader or a clan recruiter, they can then discuss your suitability to join their clan, if they accept you they can send you an invite:

If you accept you will need to be able to pay a 1g joining fee, this applies to joining any clan.

Clan fees

All clan leaders need to pay a monthly fee of 1g to the administration team in order to keep there clan from dispanding. This can either be paid by the clan leader, or can be taken from the clan in the form of a small fee.

Clan attributes

All Clans have a new chat channel, called clan chat enabling this channel means that the whole clan can talk to each other no matter the location, this channel is self governed for content but is moderated by clan leaders. If your clan chat button won't work when you first join a clan exit the game and reenter again.

All level 1 clans have a maximum size of 40 members, of those 40 members the clan leader can assign different ranks and give those different ranks abilities, like talking in clan chat and recruiting other members.

Clans come with a news page, a members page, and a charter page. You may use these pages to display clan rules/ clan alliances you have formed/ recruitment info.

Note: Clan Charters may only be updated once every 30 days. (excellent place to post official clan rules)

Note: Your clan information must be in English, and must not break the chat rules.

Note: Clan News section has limited space. Try to aviod putting too much info in the Clan News or it will start to delete from the bottom.

Clan leaders may purchase use of a clan bank, the bank costs 10g and will have 9 storage compartments. Initially clan leaders will only be able to access the clan bank, but under clan options permission can be granted to certain ranks within clan.

Note: Members of level 4 or less can't use the clan bank even if they have been given access by the clan leader.

If you wish to upgrade your clan see the explanation of Level 2 Clans
