Most recipes can be learned by going to the professions screen and to the tab "Available Recipes". Once learned they are in the tab "All recipes". To have a few selected recipes showing on the first tab "Selected recipes" make sure to have the circle set to green in the "Selected" column.
To receive the Earth Gift Charm Recipe you need to finish the quest "Jeweller's trophy recipe". To start the quest you need to have a Jeweller skill of at least 210 and talk to the Jeweller in Guild of Artisans.
The recipes for Wood, Moss and Sodalite Dust can be dropped from the door fights in Enchanted Forest instance.
The recipes for Earth Kindness Charm can be dropped from the Changling Shaman in Enchanted Forest instance.
The recipes for Earth Bounty Charm can be dropped from Arboslam in Enchanted Forest instance.
