David Baudet

David is a Ph.D. candidate investigating intergenerational transmission of memory within the family. His project is shared with the University of Liège.

With a background in psychology (bachelor's degree in Université Grenoble Alpes), he then graduated with a master’s in Cognitive Science (Artificial and Natural Cognition, Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble – Phelma).

Embedded in the recent turn in memory research, David’s project inquires about the social function of memory in the family. More precisely, it questions what is passed on throughout the generations in families and how is it important for both the transmitter and the receiver.
