Olivier Desmedt

Olivier has successfully completed his PhD at UCLouvain where he also completed his Master degree in Clinical Psychology.

He is now a PostDoc at the University of Lausanne.

In the illuminetti lab, his main research interests focus on interoception. In particular, he is interested in the different objective measures of interoception. In addition, he also examines the relationship between the capacity to detect internal sensations and emotional awareness. He completed his master's thesis on the association between interoception and alexithymia.
