Achieving Success as Secretary

The Secretary is the club's primary note-taker and record-keeper. The Secretary manages club files and takes the minutes at each executive committee meeting (Club Officer's meeting). The Secretary works with the Treasurer in keeping the club officer and current membership lists updated.

Some HTM-specific tasks are:

  • Maintain the membership of our Google Groups.

  • Maintain this Google Site and update all documentation.

  • Create the "Weekly Roles" web page every month and solicit the membership to sign up for roles.

  • Create the Meeting" page every week and remind the Toastmaster for each week to send out the link so participants can fill in their info.
