Here is information that every Husky Toastmasters member will need to refer to.
Google Groups
We use Google Groups for our mailing lists and to grant access to this Google Site and to our Google Drive
Members: husky-toastmasters@googlegroups.com
Use this address when you want to send email to all the members. You need to be a member of the group to send email to the group.
Officers: husky-toastmasters-officers@googlegroups.com
Use this address when you want to send email to all the officers. You need to be a member of the group to send email to the group.
Google Drive
We use Google Drive to store all club files, logos, awards, certificates, and materials.

All members of the Members Google Group have access to this Folder.

All members of the Officers Google Group have access to this Folder.
When creating files or uploading files to either Folder, there is no need to redundantly share them, everything in these folders is automatically shared with the appropriate users/Google Group.
Websites
We use this Google Site for our public website. It is available to anyone and searchable.
Never attach or embed any file to any page on this site that should not be available to everyone. If you need to share something with just the membership or the officers, please use the appropriate Google Drive Folder above.
We also have a Toastmasters International Club website here: https://huskytoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/
This site only exists in case people search for us on the Toastmasters International site, it references this Google Site and does not need to be maintained.
Meetings
We meet every Thursday (unless we announce otherwise) from 12:00 - 1:00 PM.
Currently we meet using Google Meet at the following URL: https://meet.google.com/dnp-ksez-aqi
To create a new Meeting page follow these steps.
