Today the Jamaica Work and Witness team leaves for Pittsburgh, where they will board their flight in the morning. We are praying for traveling mercies, restful sleep and a good start to the trip in flight early tomorrow morning. Also praying for opportunities and wisdom in all the interactions with people in route. May each member have the opportunity to show the love of Jesus every step of the way! May their hearts and minds be open to hear the words God may give them to speak and learn the lessons He has for them to learn. May the team be encouraged and be an encouragement to others. Health and safety to all, excellent weather (not too hot) for the jobs needing done, and energy and enthusiasm to get lots of work done!
Tomorrow's weather for Black River, Jamaica (about 50 miles southeast) is predicted to be a high of 83 with a 20% chance of precipitation.
The team will be working near Frome in Burnt Savannah, West Moreland County, Jamaica.
