The pitch is sanded for another year

Members of the Field Committee were working overtime this week as the playing field in Harristown got a well-deserved coat of sand, with the extended spell of fine weather this was the ideal opportunity to get the job complete. One observer looking down from Brandon commented, at one stage it looked like the beach had arrived in Graignamanagh. Well done to the Field Committee for ensuring the job was complete before the weather broke.
