The Juniors qualify for quarter finals after draw in tough game with John Lockes. The wet evening led to a low scoring game as conditions underfoot were very slippy. 4 points each in the 1st half and 3 each in the 2nd was all these two determined teams could produce. 2 minor scores from John Carroll and 1 each from Ml Dunne and Nicholas O'Donnell was Graigs tally for 1st half, while a point each from frees from J Carroll and Ger Dowling and 1 from play from the energetic Nigel Flynn was the 2nd half total. However this draw set Graig up for a quarter final meeting with Mullinavat on Friday at 7.30pm in Ballyhale.
Ken Walsh eyes out where he wants to place this ball. Ken gave a very solid display at centre back.
Nigel Flynn was in fine form at mid-field after his weekend break. Paul Ryan said " Whatever he had in Killarney, he should bottle it." Do we want to know???
Michael Dunne and Leonard battled hard throughout. The Socks are a bit odd looking- Think he had the matching pair out on Sunday.
