Dicksboro 1-17 Graignamanagh 2-6.The score line tells the story of this game which is best forgotten by the locals.A Game in which only one of our forwards scored is something which will have to be worked on in the next few weeks if we are to avoid a repeat of last season.

We can have no complaints today as we were just not good enough .We started brightly and a Cathal Dunne goal kept us level with 12 mins gone however we could only manage one more point before Halftime and went in 6pts down.The second half brought renewed hope when Ger Dowling Buried one from a penalty but Dicksboro responed with a goal of their own and from this point the writing was well and truely on the Wall. On a footnote The Thomastown club are once again to complimented on the condition of there playing facilities which were in pristine condition and are a credit to their ground staff.
