This was a fairly evenly contested game with the sides level at 5 points apiece at half time. 3 from Padraig Whelan and 1 each from Jamie McGrath and Thomas O'Donnell. Graig took the lead after 40 min with Padraig and Thomas tapping over 1 point each. Mark Shelly from Callan smashed home a fine goal on the 45th min to snatch the lead in Callans favor Even though Padraig Whelan scored three nice points from play and Jamie McGrath 1 also Callan Finished the game with their noses in front by that vital goal.
