D: Evaluating

Outline simple, relevant testing methods, which generate data, to measure the success of the solution

1. Design simple survey (5 or 6 questions) to give to your classmates and teachers to gain feedback on your logo and how it relates to your chosen company. Questions should be yes/no, rating out of 10 etc rather than short answer questions.

2. Present the results of the survey.

They need to understand who the logo was design for so you will need to provide information from your design brief.

Outline the success of the solution against the design specification

1. Use the design success criteria from Developing Ideas and use it to evaluate your finished logo. Like a check list.

Outline how the solution could be improved

1. Take into consideration the results of your survey and your own evaluation and make suggestions as to how you might improve your logo.

2. Complete a simple improvemnet sketch or annotate your logo to show improvements.

Outline the impact of the solution on the client/target audience.

Reflect upon how logos are used to create corporate identity and how they convey information and meaning.

This is an opportunity to write about the concepts and the key words and to show what you have learned!
