B: Developing ideas

Develop a list of success criteria for the solution

1. Copy and complete the table bellow onto your site and add 1-2 addition criteria to each.

Present feasible design ideas, which can be correctly interpreted by others

1. Present 3 or more themed design ideas (simple sketches) for a landing page plus one design challenge page. Include navigation, theme, colour combinations, images, layout etc.
2. Annotate your design ideas to make them easily understandable by your classmates.
3. Upload to your webpage
4. Evaluate each idea using the above success criteria using a simple ranking system.
5. Provide feedback for at least 3 fellow students.

Present the chosen design

1. Based upon the above evaluation, present your final design. Good quality sketch or computer generated page layouts.

2. Explain your final choice. Why is this idea better that other ideas?

Create a planning drawing/diagram which outlines the main details for making the chosen solution.

1. Create a proposed site map (sometimes called a site diagram or navigation tree) for your site, showing landing pages and parent/child relationships
