1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
3 Tbsp sugar (or less to taste)
3 Tbsp light mayonnaise
2 Tbsp fat-free milk
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 10-16 oz. bag romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup shelled walnuts, halved
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
Place lettuce in a large bowl; add strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, walnuts, and dressing. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
