(Sorry, no measurements. This is a 'to-taste' recipe.
Chicken breasts
Olive oil
Thyme and/or Tarragon
Salt & pepper
green grapes
red onion
Fresh dill
mayonnaise
sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and thyme and/or tarragon. Place on a baking sheets and roast until just cooked through, about 35-40 minutes.
While the chicken is roasting, rinse grapes and slice in half. Chop the red onion. Start with 1/2 an onion & add more to taste if you wish. Chop the fresh dill. Most important--it must be fresh dill. Chop a full bunch.
Shred the chicken breasts into bite size pieces. Add several spoonfuls of mayo and sour cream. Add grapes, red onion, and fresh dill. Taste; add salt & pepper and more other ingredients as needed. If you make it the day before, you need to add more mayo or sour cream to allow for it drying out until it's served.
