2 pkgs. (about 2-1/2 lbs each) center-cut pork spareribs, halved
1/4 C lemon pepper seasoning
3 bottles (12 oz each) Goya ginger beer
1 bottle (32 oz) ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
Season ribs generously with lemon pepper. Sear on grill 3-4 min on each side. Whisk together ginger beer and ketchup in large bowl.
Transfer ribs to crock pot and ginger beer mixture over. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Carefully remove ribs to a serving plate. If you would like them a little less "drippy," you can place them in a baking dish in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
