2-3 mangos
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped small.
1/4 cup red onion, diced small
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 - 1 tsp salt, to taste
Peel and dice mangos and place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, toss, and adjust salt to taste.
Optional: add 1 chopped avocado, and squeeze juice of 1/2 a lime over all.
