2 lbs large cooked shrimp, peeled
1 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp Old Bay
2 tsp dried basil
2 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp dried oregano
2 tsp minced parsley
Place shrimp in a large zip lock bag. Mix all remaining ingredients; pour over shrimp in bag. Seal bag and marinate in the fridge for 8 hours. Drain before serving. Makes 12 appetizer servings or 4-6 servings as an entree/side dish.
