1 box Crunch and Munch with peanuts
1-3/4 C bittersweet chocolate bits (Guittard or Ghirardelli)
1 Tbsp butter
1/2 to 3/4 C toasted almonds
1/2 to 3/4 C toasted cashews
Spread Crunch and Munch on large baking sheet lined with wax paper. Top with nuts. Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
When melted, drizzle chocolate over popcorn mixture and allow to cool and harden.
Notes:
I usually use 1-1/2 boxes of Crunch & Munch, enough to cover a large baking sheet.
I don’t really measure the chocolate; instead I just use a 12-oz bag of bittersweet chocolate chips.
It usually cools and hardens completely in about 2 hrs. Then you break it up into chunks
