Ingredients
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp salt, or to taste
½ tsp minced garlic (one clove)
¼ tsp sugar
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper, or to taste
1/8 tsp dry English mustard
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp olive oil
Place all ingredients except oils into food processor. Process until smooth. Place both oils in a cup and very slowly drizzle into the mixture in the food processor, while processing the whole time to be sure the dressing is emulsified. Serve over Cobb salad.
