University Circle holds the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Severance Hall, the African-American Museum and Botanical Gardens, the Western Reserve Historical Society and Case Western Reserve University. Up the road from University Circle is Little Italy. Little Italy was settled in the late 1800's by Italian artisans and is also known as Murray Hill. The Italian immigrants worked in the nearby marbleworks.

Lake View Cemetery - 12316 Euclid Avenue - 216-421-2665

This is a privately owned cemetery and its records can be found on site. In 1869, the Lakeview Cemetery Association was formed. Jeptha Wade was the president. This cemetery is the home to President James A. Garfield's tomb. Also buried here are Charles F. Brush, John D. Rockefeller, Marcus Hanna and the Van Sweringens. A monument was erected to honor the 169 students who died in the 1908 Collinwood School Fire.
