Bounded on the South by Lorain Rd.

The Cudell neighborhood is the home of Edgewater State Park, which was the home to the annual 4th of July fireworks. This area was originally owned by Franklin Reuben Elliott, who built the Cudell house in 1845. Elliott sold a portion of the property to Jacob Mueller. Mueller sold the property to his son-in-law, Cudell. It was Cudell who deeded a portion of the property along West Blvd. to the City of Cleveland to be used as a public park. Cudell was also home to the Leonard Case estate, as well as Sears & Roebuck at 10900 Lorain Ave.
