The Hub is a sub-circle of the Full Circle responsible for coordinating the interactions between circles and sub-circles/stars throughout the community, and planning and execution of Full Circles. Hub membership: delegates from each of the four core circles, and a facilitator and minutes taker selected "at large" from the community.
