Dec 2009 Garage Door Ventilation Report

This report was prepared in December 2009 by Professional Engineer Zbigniew Wozny in partial fulfillment of the requirements for a building permit application. The code research, building analysis and conclusions confirm the earlier analysis by Bob Cowherd several weeks earlier, although with somewhat more severe framing given the author's potential professional liability. This report brought a halt to the process of applying for building permit for the garage door project.
