The Managing Board is responsible for managing the affairs of the condominium. As of June 1, 2022, we are currently managing the property ourselves, rather than hire an external property management company. This section supplements the Board section of the Wiki to provide information regarding our self-management systems and processes.

Note: all Board members have a key to the lockbox and can access any unit or area of Cambridge Cohousing in an emergency.

Online. Log in to the Cambridge Cohousing Condominium Resident Center and go to the “Requests” page. Click the “Create request” button. Click “Maintenance request”. Select the Category that best matches your request. Write a message (subject, description) and click “Submit request.”

Phone. Use the Service Areas list to find & call the person who handles the category that best matches your request.
