Aim
To help the Managing Board maintain a safe, secure and healthy environment in our buildings and on our grounds.
As directed by the Board, this may include:
Ensuring compliance with national and state code, city ordinances and insurance carrier recommendations and requirements.
Developing proposals for policies, guidelines and emergency plans reflecting best practices.
Supporting the Managing Board in implementing procedures and guidelines and in conducting inspections by relevant agencies and services.
Assisting the Managing Board with communication and interaction with community members.
