There are three laundry room facilities: in the Common House basement, in East End basement and in the West End stacked flats, on the 3rd floor.

The cost of washer and dryer use for one load is $1.50.  If a person chooses to use only the washer or only the dryer, the cost is still $1.50 per use.  When you do a wash/dry mark the list in the laundry room next to your unit number.  Once every four months, the Managing Board bills the laundry charges for each unit. Charges are included in your condo bill. 

Posted in each laundry room are guidelines we hope everyone observes.  We encourage the use of alternative cleaning to the use of bleach, which is damaging to the environment.  A list of alternative cleaning methods is posted in the laundry rooms.
