After a shocking week of "who ever had the most players performed the best" we can return to normalcy and get back on track. Using that phrase gives me the opportunity to post this:
Let's proceed:
1. Knipp - My preseason horse is finally taking over where he should, and dropping Henry and picking up Etling may only help the cause. Gordon's injury may be a concern but he has a bye to heal. Gabe Holmes' injury may have only helped this team out.
2. Farber - Can't be much to complain about here after not having a quarterback this week. Although taking Minnesota's kicker cost you a spot.
3. Schumann - The quarterbacks are getting better every week and I like the Belton pick up. Gordon's injuries may propel this team to the top.
4. Jake - Welcome back Braxton. He needs to have a huge week from here on out for this team to have a chance, and Kirkwood needs to re-establish himself as the #1 back as well.
5. Luke - A spot lower than deserved perhaps due to the curious case of Mitch Leidner. 7 points and you stick with Nelson. Not sure what that means for the rest of the season.
6. Haines - The Guiton show may be over but the Stave and Mark show may be just beginning. Those two will need to step up/actually play for this team to have a chance.
7. Heydinger - Hey, you're not last. Hyde looks poised to become a 15 pt/wk back again. That production may move you up a couple spots, but one more bottom of pack finish and the season could be over.
8. Seth - Well its and 18 with an *, but still an 18? No word on Martinez's return and apparently Jordan Hall isn't good enough to carry the ball any more for Ohio St so this team is in trouble.
