Haven't seen a lot of consistency out of a lot of teams so far.
1. Seth - Not a great week, but held some ground as a couple of players had byes and another couple had off weeks. Seemed like White was more involved this week than previously, so that could be a big lift.
2. Heydinger - If his quarterbacks continue to play the way they did this week, #1 is imminent.
3. Luke - Somehow got 20 receiving yards from a lateral out of a player. Sounds like rushing yards to me. Is the Big Ten the only conference to keep track of "lateral yards?" Either way, the running backs are pretty damn good. Once again, the season may come down to Pat Fitzgerald.
4. Schumann - Abbrederis was a big pick up and Denard not having to play Bama or Notre Dame the rest of the year will be a huge boost.
5. Farber - 2 goal line situations and Burkhead goes under center? Farber was loving that, plus Burkhead can't stay on the field.
6. Jake - Scored more points this week than probably the entire season combined. Hopefully this wasn't just a perfect storm of a fluke and some consistency can continue.
7. Knipp - Pretty good week actually, although there wasn't much optimism surrounding the cockeyed Billy Mumphrey.
8. Haines - Record week? To this team's credit, 4 players were idle and 2 were injured.
