It appears that some students will need to be working on the References Project today. It was due on Friday.

This week, assuming that you have recent assignments completed, you will be allowed to create your own Scratch game, story, portrait, animation, etc. Scratch does have some built-in games that you can use as starters for either modification or inspiration. If you are curious about what all could go into a game, there are instructions for a mini Mario game (lessons 10 11 12 13 14 15). The instructions do a good job with the planning stage of the project. Take some time to plan. You will be asked for a rough description of your intended creation shortly.
