Pupdate from Brynn: "Subscription Change Request form in the Help Center has an additional required field added to ask customers, _"What is the reason for this change? Please summarize why you want to cancel or update your subscription/membership plan?" _
^^ when the customer answers this required new question in the form about why they want to update their account, you will now see their answer in the left hand side of your ZD ticket (where reason for contact, ticket tier, etc lives) Therefore, even if they only write in the email body "I want to cancel" you can look on the left hand side to see WHY they are wanting to cancel or update their sub/membership.
