We offer before school care from 6:30-7:10 and after school care from 2:25-6:00. There is a $50 family registration fee. The cost is $3.75 per hour per student. To register fill out the google registration form here: BASC registration

Miss Engevold will be our new first grade teacher this year. She is coming to us from Starbuck Elementary in Racine Unified. Her passion for early elementary learning and commitment to her classroom made her the ideal candidate for John Paul II Academy. Our entire K4-2 team met her and are excited to work together in early childhood.
Ms. Fajardo will be joining us as our new counselor. She s coming from Blakewood elementary in South Milwaukee. She is committed to building a team with the teachers to foster an environment that is best for our students. We have discussed many ideas already. She can not wait to meet the students and families.
Mrs. Williams will be our new fourth grade teacher this year. She currently serves as one of St. Catherine's cheer coaches. Her teaching background is from Kenosha Unified with experience in both regular and special education. Her focus on the positive and community building align with who we are at JPIIA. We look forward to having her on our team.
Mr. Zinser finished the year with us on a part time basis but he is officially joining our staff full time as the 7th grade homeroom and Middle School ELA teacher. Mr. Zinser brings an English and Science background to our team, he is coming from a part time position at St. Joe's. His ability to get the students discussing literature and learning vocabulary will be an asset to our students.
Mr. Winters will be our music teacher shared with St. Lucy. He is coming to us from another private school in Indianapolis. He is both performer and teacher and has a lot of experiences to share with the students. His passion to make music fun and engaging was what led us to know that he was the right fit for our schools. He will be leading our choir and playing for our school Masses as well.

All summer we have been thinking future forward here at JPIIA. The handbooks are revised, the books are ordered, the schedules reviewed, classes set, and classrooms cleaned. The colorful packets are ready to be mailed next week. The website has been updated with all of the current information. With summer school done we have been able to start working on the building. Mr Geoff with the help of other Siena maintenance members have waxed all the floors and began to put classrooms back together. Our Middle School Science/Math room got brand new tables and chairs that are white board table tops. The counselor's office will no longer share with the library. We bought rolling book carts for the majority of the books. Some of the books remain on the shelves which I would like to open up after school occasionally as a family library. By this time next week the classrooms will begin to take shape.
Next week we will be mailing out packets that will include paper copies of the calendar, school supply list, and out of uniform fundraiser. August 8 we will have a SPA planning meeting at 9:00 am. meet.google.com/vjb-kxfw-iqy
