Healthy Use of Time for Youth
One or more hours a week in the arts: music, theater etc…
One or more hours a week in sports, clubs, or organizations in the community.
One or more hours in a religious institution or spiritual activity.
Time at home and two or less events with friends.
Eating dinner with family at the table 3 or more times a week.
Minimal screen time: television, computer, phone, gaming
Maximum physical activity
Overdoing any of these is not necessarily better. Balance and time with family is a priority.
