Follow these step-by-step instructions to alter dates on guest reservations made through VRBO to ensure accuracy and clear communication with guests.
Open the guest's reservation page in Guesty.
Click the pencil icon in the Summary section.
Update the check-in/out dates.
Manually verify that the price adjustment makes sense (common-sense test).
Click the Change button.
Go to the Payments section:
If a payment is already scheduled:
Click the ellipsis (...) next to Actions.
Select Edit Payment.
Update the payment amount to reflect the new balance due.
Click Save.
If no payment is scheduled:
Click New Payment.
Enter the amount to charge and select the charge date.
Ensure the correct credit card is selected.
Click Save.
Confirm that the payment was successfully processed.
