Year 10 - Compulsory
English at Year 10 focuses on the strategies for making meaning and creating meaning. A variety of text types are covered including novels, short stories, poetry, and film. The students are also provided with opportunities to write (creatively and formally), speak (impromptu and prepared) and present their ideas in a variety of mediums.
