Unique Student Support Teams will consist of:
As part of the Tier 3 Systems Planning Team, the Tier 3 Consultant is equipped to conduct a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and guide the development of a Tier 3 Behavior Support Plan or Behavior Intervention Plan.
The Administrator will provide the time and resources necessary to ensure each student's plan is implemented with fidelity.
Teacher(s) will provide input and implement the Tier 1 supports and classroom modifications the Team has identified through the behavior plan development.
The Tier 2 Support Provider/Counselor will provide additional instruction/time, structure/predictability, and/or increased opportunity for feedback to help the student develop the skills the Team has identified as necessary to achieve their goals.
Caregivers will provide a unique perspective on the student's behavior and reinforce/acknowledge the student's progress toward behavior improvement outside of the school setting.
The Student (if appropriate) will provide input on behavior goal selection and the types of reinforcements/rewards delivered.
Classified Staff (if appropriate) will provide additional reinforcement and feedback toward student goals.
Outside Agencies (Victor Community, etc.)/District Supports (HEART, etc.) will provide input on the types additional Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports available to the student, if appropriate.
Additional Team Members (if appropriate) will be selected by the caregiver and student to provide additional insight into the student's strengths and needs.
