We empower businesses to move money globally faster, cheaper, and more transparently through innovative settlement infrastructure, strategic partnerships, and real-time FX optimization.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives across cross-border payments and foreign exchange (FX). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the fintech or payments space and a proven track record of acquiring high-value clients and partners. The candidate should have excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Market Expansion
Identify and onboard new B2B clients and partners across international payment corridors.
Develop regional growth strategies tailored to currency corridors and FX demand.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align market expansion with product capability and compliance standards.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build, manage, and grow a strong pipeline of institutional clients, fintechs, aggregators, and corporate partners.
Lead contract negotiations and secure long-term commercial agreements.
Serve as the key relationship owner from onboarding through account growth and renewals.
Conduct regular business reviews and account deep-dives to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Revenue Growth & Performance Management
Drive monthly and quarterly sales performance against FX volume and revenue targets.
Provide ongoing reporting and performance forecasting using CRM and internal analytics tools.
Monitor market trends, FX pricing dynamics, and customer feedback to inform pricing and product enhancements.
Partnership Development & Industry Engagement
Establish partnerships with PSPs, banks, and liquidity providers to improve product coverage and value delivery.
Leverage relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to improve brand positioning and secure joint growth initiatives.
Represent the company at conferences, roundtables, and industry networking events.
Requirements:
8-10 years of experience in B2B business development, preferably within the fintech and cross-border payments industry.
Deep understanding of global remittance infrastructure, settlement flows, and FX pricing dynamics.
Proven track record of winning high-value clients and building scalable partnerships.
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with compliance, product, and tech teams to support client onboarding and solution delivery.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting dashboards.
A proactive, analytical, and growth-focused mindset.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
