A fast-growing Clean Energy FinTech company is seeking a Project & Process Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize business systems, and lead high-impact projects across the organization.
The company provides distributed solar energy providers and consumers with access to payment plans, solution design tools, and supply chain partnerships that accelerate clean energy adoption across Nigeria and beyond.
As the Project & Process Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable operational frameworks, streamlining workflows, and delivering cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaboration. This role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented leader with a strong background in project management, process improvement, and change management within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Process Management & System Optimization
Design, implement, and continuously improve workflows across key departments such as Growth, Finance, Risk, and User Services.
Manage and enhance the company’s Factory Efficiency System, ensuring accurate tracking of SLAs, data integrity, and performance visibility.
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions that enhance turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity.
Build and automate performance dashboards to monitor and report key operational metrics.
Project Management & Delivery
Lead planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects across teams, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop project plans, define deliverables, and manage cross-functional collaboration to achieve milestones.
Track and communicate progress against timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators.
Drive special projects that improve process efficiency, visibility, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Develop and maintain real-time dashboards and reports that track process performance, efficiency, and productivity.
Monitor SLA adherence, workflow metrics, and operational KPIs across teams.
Provide insights and recommendations that inform data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
Support leadership in identifying improvement opportunities through root-cause analysis and performance reviews.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a bridge between Growth, Technology, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on processes and priorities.
Facilitate regular sync meetings to review performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent communication and adoption of improved processes across departments.
Leadership & Change Management
Coach team members on project execution, process mapping, and data-driven management practices.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Lead change initiatives by communicating the purpose, benefits, and steps involved, ensuring team buy-in and adoption.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development for team members in project management and operations.
Promote knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices to ensure process sustainability.
Reporting
Provide structured performance reports, including OKRs, KPIs, and key milestones, on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Communicate key insights, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Ensure effective feedback loops between Users, Partners, and internal teams to inform business strategy and process updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in project and process management, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or construction industries.
Proven track record in process optimization, workflow automation, and cross-functional project execution.
Proficiency in project management software and process mapping tools.
Strong understanding of data analysis and performance tracking (Excel, Google Sheets, BI dashboards).
Experience leading teams and managing change in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies is an advantage.
