A fast-growing digital identity and onboarding technology company is seeking a highly analytical Growth Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. The organization powers digital onboarding, verification, and customer engagement for businesses across Africa, enabling automation, fraud reduction, and seamless user experiences.
In this role, you will analyze user behavior, optimize funnels, run experiments, and build dashboards that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will partner with cross-functional teams to surface insights, identify opportunities, and implement improvements that accelerate growth outcomes. This role requires a data-driven professional with strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to translate insights into clear business actions.
Analyze user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations to improve conversion rates.
Conduct cohort, retention, and funnel analyses to uncover behavioral patterns.
Support product and marketing teams with insights that influence roadmap and campaign strategy.
Design and run growth experiments across product and marketing touchpoints.
Measure impact using rigorous analytical frameworks and statistical methods.
Establish and maintain a consistent experimentation cadence with clear reporting.
Track experiment performance and generate actionable insights for iteration.
Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into growth metrics.
Maintain accurate and reliable reporting across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue KPIs.
Produce weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership teams.
Ensure consistent KPI definitions and data integrity across teams.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to implement growth initiatives.
Provide strategic insights that guide product decisions, feature prioritization, and marketing efforts.
Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
Support alignment on growth priorities through data-driven communication.
Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools (e.g., Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
Experience running experiments and analyzing funnel and cohort data.
Ability to simplify complex insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail, strong execution discipline, and a high ownership mindset.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments such as SaaS or fintech.
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
2–4 years of experience in growth analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or data analytics.
Experience working in SaaS, fintech, digital identity, or other growth-focused environments is an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to run experiments, analyze user behavior, and generate insights.
Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
