A fast-growing ICT solutions provider is seeking an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing to lead its commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen brand presence across enterprise and public sector markets.
This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with proven expertise in enterprise sales, digital marketing, channel management, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will oversee the company’s Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions, ensuring alignment between go-to-market initiatives and business objectives.
You will be responsible for driving consistent revenue delivery across key business units, including ICT solutions, SaaS platforms, and professional consulting services.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute a comprehensive Sales and Marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals and growth targets.
Collaborate with executive leadership to define market positioning, pricing, and competitive strategy.
Design go-to-market and demand generation frameworks for enterprise, public sector, and SMB markets.
Provide ongoing market intelligence on trends, competitor activities, and product-market opportunities.
Sales Management
Own annual and quarterly revenue targets across all business units.
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline through forecasting, opportunity management, and deal execution.
Develop sector-specific account strategies for enterprise, financial services, manufacturing, oil & gas, and public sector clients.
Support strategic enterprise deals through executive-level engagement and contract negotiations.
Oversee channel and reseller performance to drive indirect revenue growth.
Marketing and Brand Development
Lead the development and execution of brand management, content marketing, and digital campaigns to expand visibility and lead generation.
Oversee marketing programs such as webinars, product launches, customer workshops, and industry events.
Manage online presence, including website, SEO, social media, and digital advertising performance.
Collaborate with product teams to produce marketing assets, case studies, and whitepapers.
Track and analyze campaign ROI, conversion metrics, and marketing effectiveness.
Channel and Partnership Development
Build and strengthen relationships with OEM and technology partners to drive joint sales and co-marketing initiatives.
Recruit and manage resellers, system integrators, and affiliate partners.
Develop and implement partner incentive and enablement programs to enhance ecosystem growth.
Team Leadership and Culture
Lead and mentor Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams to achieve performance excellence.
Foster a collaborative, data-driven, and customer-centric culture.
Drive operational alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams for seamless client engagement.
Reporting and Governance
Report directly to executive leadership on revenue, pipeline health, and marketing performance.
Provide structured dashboards and insights on KPIs, including sales metrics, lead generation, and ROI.
Ensure compliance with internal governance policies, ethical standards, and data protection regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or marketing leadership roles.
Proven record of meeting revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of ICT, SaaS, and enterprise solution markets.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation.
Demonstrated success in managing OEM or partner relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
