Sales Strategy Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
Team Leadership
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Revenue Growth

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the health insurance industry.
