The Product Manager role is central to defining and executing the product vision across customer-facing and internal systems. You will drive the product roadmap, align cross-functional teams, and ensure solutions are built with long-term scalability in mind. This position requires a balance of user empathy, technical fluency, strategic thinking, and strong execution discipline.
The role spans user research, strategy development, backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and successful delivery of products that support growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with design, engineering, sales, and leadership teams while reporting to a Senior Product Manager.
Drive product vision, strategic direction, and roadmap to align with business goals
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and product documentation
Own product KPIs and success metrics, ensuring consistent performance and improvement
Conduct deep user research and continuously represent user needs throughout the product lifecycle
Gather structured customer feedback to inform prioritization and feature development
Serve as a subject-matter expert for customer-facing products
Work closely with design and engineering teams to build, test, and launch scalable products
Collaborate with Sales, Support, and other teams to ensure successful product rollout and adoption
Train commercial and operational teams on new features, ensuring smooth handover and usability
Maintain a well-prioritized backlog aligned with goals and user needs
Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and refine feature performance
Support engineering teams by clarifying requirements, reviewing features, and assessing delivery timelines
Ensure product architecture and design can scale with user growth and future expansion
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management within FinTech, SaaS, or related technology environments
Proven experience shipping multiple products or major features concurrently
Detail-oriented with high standards in documentation, testing, and launch execution
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, and Jira
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in distributed teams
Proficiency with product tools, including Jira, Monday, Miro, or similar
Ability to collaborate, build consensus, and manage cross-functional stakeholders
Technical fluency sufficient to work effectively with engineering teams
Experience planning lean MVPs and mapping product milestones
