With a growing footprint in multiple regions, we are expanding our enterprise sales efforts in Ghana to deepen our market presence across key sectors, including Banking, Manufacturing, and Mining & Energy.
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive high-value sales, build strategic partnerships, and close large-scale B2B SaaS deals. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle: prospecting, engaging, negotiating, and closing enterprise accounts, while also enabling and managing key channel partnerships in the region.
This role requires strong consultative selling skills, deep experience in enterprise software sales, and the ability to influence C-level decision-makers. Responsibilities:
Enterprise Sales Execution
Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise customers across priority sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, and Mining & Energy
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to product demos, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure
Build strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver tailored SaaS solutions
Lead consultative engagements that articulate ROI, technical fit, and long-term value of the platform
Channel and Partner Sales Management
Recruit, onboard, and support new channel partners to accelerate indirect sales growth
Strengthen existing partner relationships and collaborate on joint go-to-market activities
Co-plan and execute partner-led campaigns, events, training sessions, and demand-generation efforts
Sales Reporting and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain up-to-date pipeline data, forecasts, and opportunity status in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience across the buyer journey
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums in Ghana and West Africa
Provide regular reports and insights to the Regional Sales Manager to track performance and refine strategy
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, with at least 4 years in B2B SaaS or technology sales
Proven track record of closing large deals of over 100,000 USD annually with enterprise clients
Experience selling into sectors such as Banking, Manufacturing, or Energy and Mining
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and strong pipeline management discipline
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong understanding of solution selling and consultative sales approaches
Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and highly persuasive with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
